Shipping policy

Processing time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking status to update.

Lost or stolen packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after tracking confirms “delivered.” If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and building management
  2. Wait 2–3 business days (carriers occasionally mark delivered early)
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If still missing, contact us. We will assist with filing a claim. Replacements are processed only after the carrier confirms loss.

Incorrect shipping address: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the product cost minus original and return shipping fees. You may reorder with the correct address.

Bulk orders: For large quantity orders (e.g., wedding favors, corporate gifts, event decor), please contact us before ordering for customized shipping rates and timelines.
