We want you to love your decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags
- Ceramic decor: Must be free of chips, cracks, and scratches. Not eligible for return if damaged by customer.
- Tabletop decor: Must be unmarked and free of wear
- Holiday decor: Seasonal items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (not based on holiday date)
- Wall clocks: Must be in working order with no visible wear or damage
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Personalized or customized decor
How to start a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Ship to the address provided (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect)
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days), a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchanges:
If you need a different color, size, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Received a cracked ceramic vase, a non-working clock, or the wrong holiday decoration? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
- Photos of the packaging (if damage occurred during shipping)
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.
Seasonal & holiday decor note: To ensure availability, please inspect holiday items immediately upon delivery. Holiday decor returned after the relevant holiday may be subject to a reduced refund.
