Accepted payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment for US customers:

Not accepted: Cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, COD (cash on delivery), split payments across multiple cards.
Payment security
All payments are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI Level 1 compliant third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not see or retain your complete card number.
Billing information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot verify payment details or if your billing address does not match what your bank has on file.
When you are charged:
- In-stock items: Charged immediately upon order confirmation
- Pre-orders or backorders: Payment is authorized at checkout but charged only when the item ships
- Subscription or recurring orders (if applicable): Charged on each renewal date
Failed payments
If your payment is declined, you will see an on-screen error message. Your order will not be processed until you provide a valid payment method. We do not automatically retry failed payments.
Order cancellation before payment
If you start checkout but do not complete payment, no charge occurs. We do not save abandoned carts.
Sales tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we have a legal obligation to collect tax. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax-exempt customers may contact us with documentation before ordering.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If you are outside the US and your credit card account is in another currency, your bank may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. We have no control over these fees.
Refunds & chargebacks
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only — we cannot refund to a different card or account. Refund timing:
- Credit/debit cards: 3–7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Within 24 hours to your PayPal balance
- Shop Pay: Same as credit card
If you file an unwarranted chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute it and to suspend your account.
Gift cards & store credit
Digital gift cards and store credit are available for purchase or as return refunds. Gift cards:
- Never expire
- Can be used for any product on our website
- Cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law)
- Cannot be replaced if lost (treat like cash)
Promotional discounts & codes
- One discount code per order
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to already placed orders
- “Free shipping” codes apply only to Standard shipping, not Expedited or Express
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse discount codes (multiple accounts, reseller activity)
Bulk order payment
For bulk orders (10+ units, wedding favors, corporate gifts), payment terms may be arranged individually. Contact us before placing your order to discuss deposit requirements and net payment terms.
